Justin has more than 24 years of experience in working with the asset and wealth management industry across Singapore, London and Continental Europe. Justin’s experience involves advising asset and wealth managers on strategy, market entry and fund distribution in Asia and Europe, as well as business model and strategy reviews, among others. He spent two years in Luxembourg between 2010 and 2012, helping European financial institutions looking to gain entry to Asia in the areas of fund distribution, trust administration and wealth management. He was one of the co-authors of the PwC Asset Management 2020 report, which looks at the future of asset management and the impact of megatrends and gamechangers shifting the industry.
As part of his Asia-Pacific role, Justin is a member of PwC’s Global Asset & Wealth Management Leadership Team. Most recently he led the joint submission of a PwC regional feedback to the APEC on the Asia Region Funds Passport consultation initiative, and continues to drive forward efforts on the fund passporting discussions covering the ASEAN and Asia-Pacific schemes.
Justin serves on the Investment Management Association of Singapore’s (IMAS) Regulatory Committee, and was previously an advisor to the IMAS Risk & Performance Committee. He was also an advisor to the CFA Institute’s Examination Review Panel for the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement between 2008 and 2010.
Justin has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University in Australia, and is a full member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants as well as a practicing member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
